Fable Looks ‘Fantastic’, Has The Witcher-Like Combat, Says Corden; Character Selection Reportedly Available​

I very recently saw some Alpha gameplay footage from Fable. I have no idea when it was from, I don't know if it was earlier in development or if it was recent, but it looked fantastic. You can tell that this game has CD Project Red DNA. Playground Games picked up a bunch of developers, I believe they picked up the combat designer and you can kind of tell. I'm not saying it's 100% one-to-one with The Witcher because it's not, but you can kind of tell with that melee combat, the pirouettes, the dodging, the seamless hack and slash into an execution, which looks really cool. All that stuff is there; it looks super polished, super good. If this was early gameplay, then it probably looks even better now.

Beyond that, there was a lot of mixing in of different weapon types. There was pulling out a bow and arrow and also dropping spells I saw a spell that lifted a group of dudes off the ground and slammed them down. I also saw some enemies, like a giant chicken, for example. It actually just looked like a chicken with that sort of comedic angle but also not. Like, it looked like a dangerous scary chicken. Also, I saw werewolves. There was a scene where they lured a werewolf out of its lair with bacon and eggs and sausages.

It looked really great. The combat looked really tight. I saw a variety of weapons. I saw a big mallet thing which was being used to swing around and hit multiple enemies at once. My hype level went up a lot from seeing that stuff, so that's why I'm so bullish on Fable now.

Izgleda da je frka za termine u januaru :)
 
NateTheHate je u u svom zadnjem xbox-themed podcastu rekao da je cuo da ove godine na PC i Switch2 stizu Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 i Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

A Jez Corden je posle toga napisao da je on cuo da na PS5 ove godine stizu Hellblade 2, Age of Mythology, i "mozda" Gears of War 1 Ultimate Edition [ne zna za Switch 2].
 
Halo: The Master Chief Collection je još pre par godina spomenuo da je u izradi za Switch,
dobro je čuti da igra ipak stiže, i još bolje što je u pitanju Switch 2.

Raduje me što bi Oblivion Remake trebao da izađe ove godine.


I suspect Oblivion is a multiplatform release, no reason to doubt that. Games that I have heard from that will release multiplatform on 2025, beyond the obvious, Flight Simulator will come to PS5 and Switch 2, and Halo: The Master Chief Collection will come to PS5 and Switch 2 as well.

Microsoft will be a big supporter of Switch 2. They will be porting and patching the current Switch 2 lineup. So games like Grounded, Pentiment, the Ori games will eventually make their way to Switch, be patched for 4K support, and I wouldn't be surprised if we see Sea of Thieves, maybe Hi-Fi Rush to make its way over. Just expect a lot of MS games on Switch 2 and PS5 moving forward.

Nije bio los showcase, gust raspored igara ove godine od najveceg multiplat publishera na svetu.
 
Opa Platinum saradjuje sa Team Ninja very nice !
NG2 remaster bas fino deluje as well, good stuff.
Doom kida to se podrazumeva, a ovaj Expedition 33 ima potencijala.
 
Blizi se kraj tranzicije Xbox-a u multiplatform publishera.


When I'm listening to creators, not only our own studios but every team, every creator out there wants to build a game that can find as many players as they want. And frankly, there aren't that many platforms out there that try to build that connection with so many different screens where it's like almost a single platform.

We love our platform and our hardware but we're not going to put walls up where people can engage with the great games our studios are building. Whether it's cloud, whether it's PC, whether it's handheld, whether it's phone, whether it's PlayStation. Not just PlayStation, even Nintendo, we love what we do on Steam. So expect our games absolutely to show up in more and more places.
