Zadnji trejler ima holivudsku muziku, tu marketing omasio, al sve sto je prikazano u samom trejleru je super.
Inace, Tolkien Professor [trenutno je na 234 epizode laganog prolaza kroz sve detalje Fellowship of the Ring knjige, stigao je tu negde do Elrond Council-a
] je pozitivno reagovao kako je show adaptirao Tolkinov tekst, i ima jasnu poruku onima koji hardcore traze 1:1 sadrzaj.

Stigli su opisi, dosta veoma pozitivnih impresija! Prve dve epizode ce biti pustene ovog petka u 2AM, a sve ostale ce biti petkom u 5AM.

Pogledao sam prve dve epizode, and its great!
Dobro su postavili temelje price, upoznali nas sa glavnim likovima, i sad ostaje da vidimo u kom pravcu ce avantura ici.
Produkcija je stvarno abnormalana, svaki frejm je izgledao odlicno. Sve lokacije su izgledale super, od prelepog dizajna Morije pa do oronulog sela gde je sve izgledalo autenticno prljavo i oronulo [pa i sami ljudi].
Sto se adaptacije Tolkinovih dela tice...
Zaista odlican pocetak, i pravi epic fantasy na TV ekranu.

Sto se adaptacije Tolkinovih dela tice...
...malo su pojednostavili dogadjaje iz Silmariliona. Nisu isli u detalje oko Age of the Trees [mada taj segment je bas bio odlican!!!], kletve Feanor-a, First Age bitaka, i poraza Morgoth-a, ispricali su u uvodu najosnovnije i postavili temelj da je Sauron samo nestao. Obicnim gledaocima koji nisu upoznati sa lore-om ce ovo biti taman dovoljno.
A sto se Stranger-a tice... dalje sam fifty fifty oko njega. Meteor je dosao iz pravca Valinora [sto je pravac iz kojeg su dosli Wizzardi pocetkom treceg age-a i tokom 2nd age-a ressurectovani Glorfindel].
Za sada, Stranger je ili wizzard [Saruman je bio glavni medju njima, poslat da bude glavni protivnik Sauron-u, mada Gandalf je onaj koji je odrzavao odnose sa Hobbitima, u knjizi cak spominje da je znao njihove pretke], ali otvorena su vrata da je to zapravo sam Sauron. Pozadinski sapati kod njegovih magija podsecaju na sapate koje je Prsten Moci cesto izazivao u LOTR filmovima. Ali sa druge strane, i sam Gandalf je mogao da zamraci sve oko sebe, kao sto je to uradio kada je cimao Bilbo-a da ostavi prsten Frodu, odmah posle 111. rodjendana.

Bitrate je 18mbit-a, sto je ajd malo bolje od Amazon-ovog Boys encode-a od 13mbit [Return of the King Extended 4K bluray je 63mbit]. Bitrate najvise fali uvodnoj sekvenci druge epizode, bas se primeti.
Apple Plus izdaje kvalitetnije snimke [oko 24-25mbit video stream za Foundation], a Neflix ide do ~20mbit [Stranger Things S4].
Nadam se da ce izbaciti ceo show jednog dana u na UHD BD diskove, zasluzuje. U jucerasnjem Variety tekstu su spomenuli da je show masterovan za bioskop, svi su ciljali na taj kvalitet.

Ako imaš LG, obrati pažnju da skidaš .mp4 DV a ne .mkv ili neki drugi format.
Takođe:

Nemam sad kod sebe više snimak serije Halo koja izlazi na Paramount+, ali sam utiska da je odlično urađen master i možda jedan od boljih HDR-ova koje sam gledao. Ne znam bitrate doduše koliki je.

Pa lako je videti preko torrent listinga, Halo je imao 20mbit video encode.
Samo valjda Sony ima neki premium streaming servis u kojem salju BD-grade bitrate. Ali nema puno contenta na njemu, i sve je dosta skupo. Mozda su ga i ugasili...
Nazalost, svi moji trackeri koje imam za serije samo kace MKV.

Da se 'umešam' prvi put u ovoj temi, pošto sam odgledao prve 2 epizode. Produkcija serije je odlična, efekti, i generalno cela prezentacija (muzika je okej, ali ne može ni da priđe LOTRu). Mislim da će naći svoju publiku koja će braniti sve odluke i promene koje će Amazon da ubaci u Tolkinov rad.
ALI stvarno žalim mlađe generacije kojima će ovo biti prvi dodir sa LOTRom, i drago mi je što sam ja bio klinac kad su izlazile Jacksonove ekranizacije LOTRa (Hobbit je već druga priča naravno).
Ako govorim objektivno, dakle bez nekog upoređivanja sa prethodnim ekranizacijama, seriji fali 'duša', što je meni lično sramota za seriju baziranu na Tolkinovom radu. Možda je ima samo je ja jednostavno nisam osetio, (ako neko hoće da kaže da je rano za tako nešto - prve 2 epizode ukupno traju preko 2h, tako da mislim da je to dovoljno vremena da se izgradi osećaj).
Svakako ću da odgledam do kraja seriju, ali još od prvih slika/teaser/leakova mi se nije svidela ideja ubacivanja crnih vilenjaka, žena patuljaka koje realno nemaju veze sa Tolkinovim predstavljanjem istih i slična ''moderna shvatanja'' Tolkinovog sveta (da ne kažem prekrajanja) i plašim se šta donose naredne epizode...
