Nintendo Acquire Shares of Bandai Namco Studios Singapore Pte. Ltd. to Strengthen Development Structure

Nintendo Co., Ltd. (HQ: Kyoto, Japan; President and Representative Director: Shuntaro Furukawa; hereinafter "Nintendo") hereby announces that it has entered into a share transfer agreement with Bandai Namco Studios Inc. (HQ: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Daisuke Uchiyama) to acquire shares of Bandai Namco Studios Singapore Pte. Ltd. (HQ: Singapore; CEO: Makoto Ishii; hereinafter "BNSS") for the purpose of strengthening its development structure.

Subject to the satisfaction of all relevant customary conditions for transactions of this nature, Nintendo plans to acquire 80% of BNSS shares on April 1, 2026. The remaining shares will be acquired after a certain period, once the subsidiary’s operations have stabilized.

Battlefield 6 was the biggest new launch of the month on PC and console by quite some margin. In Europe, Battlefield 6's premium sales beat that of last year's Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, although that doesn't factor in downloads via Xbox Game Pass (GSD).

In the UK, PS5 saw a 36% growth in sales, Switch saw a 6% increase, Switch 2 enjoyed a 22% rise, while Xbox Series S and X dropped 3%. PS5 was the No.1 console of the month. (Nielsen IQ)

Poenta je da ako već neko postuje skoro redovno prodaje na tržištima, to ne radi selektivno,
US i JP tržišta su svakako mnogo veća i bitnija tržišta nego recimo Španija da ne spominjem Belgiju.
 
Poenta je da niko nije u obavezi niti mu je posao da kači sve dostupne informacije za sva tržišta.

Isto kao što svako drugi ima pravo da okači informacije koje su bitnije.
 
Naravno da nije u obavezi, kao i da svako ima pravo da kači šta hoće, kao što ja imam pravo da kažem da je totalno bez veze da kad neko već skoro redovno kači izveštaje prodaje, kači za tržišta kao što su Belgija a ne zakači za JP i US koji su daleko veća i bitnija tržišta.
 
Ovo kao kad se broje glasovi posle izbora kod nas pa prvo vade rezultate u nekim zabačenim selendrama gde žive samo 70+
